Timber Pro UV Deck & Fence Formula is a high-performance wood coating ideal for finishing, staining, and sealing wood decks and fences. This product aims to protect natural wood decking with deep-penetrating, waterborne oil resins. The result is a durable finish with a sleek look that the wood carries for many years.
Timber Pro UV Deck & Fence Formula creates a non-sticky, smooth finish preventing the wood from developing mold and mildew. Also, dirt and dust will find it more difficult to settle on it. The eco-friendly formula digs deep into the wood to repel water and prevent rot.
This formula is ideal for both humid and arid climates. For example, it contains low-toxicity algaecide and mildewcide to prevent mold and mildew. Also, it features protection against UV radiation. So, it can sustain plenty of sunlight without discoloration or fading.
Timber Pro Deck & Fence is ideal for multiple species of wood, including pine, redwood, spruce, cedar, cypress, and fir. Additionally, you can use it on exterior-grade plywood and pressure-treated wood, both on interior and exterior applications.

RESTRICTIONS
- Always use a colour coat before the clear coat
- Always read and follow the “Directions for Use” instructions printed on the product container/brochure
- Do not apply in direct sunlight or in temperatures below 10C (50F) and above 25C (80F).
- Do not apply on surfaces hot to the touch
- Do not thin the product
- Do not apply over previously coated surfaces

Measured Square Footage
Take each wall and multiply length x height. Example 40' long x 10' high= 400 sq. ft.
Add each wall together Example 400 + 400 + 250 + 250 = 1300 sq. ft.
For each of your gable ends (the triangles) use Base x Height/2
Example 30' x 15' = 450'/2 = 225 sq ft. Add all areas together.
Adjust for Type of Log
A round log has a different surface area than a flat timber. We must account for the curvature and size of the log so we don't end up short on stain. Select your log type
Maintenance Coat
Most maintenance coats are done with one coat, often clear. If you plan to add a coat of color and a clear, feel free to ask one of our specialists for some advice.
Surface Condition
Rough logs will take more stain than smooth logs. If your logs are rough, check off the box and it will calculate based on a rough surface.
