We have phone sales & support 7 days a week. The physical store is open for the off season Tuesdays from 10-2 and by appointment. Regular store hours will commence again in May.
Absolutely. We have the largest inventory in Canada of log home supplies. Sometimes though, someone will order a specific color for a big job and we may run short for a few days. It is always a good idea to get your supplies early (before your labour is ready) so you don’t end up with a surprise wait.
Yes in most cases we can and do. If the order is in by noon MST, there is a good chance it will go out the same day. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know and we will do out best to accommodate.
For orders over $1000 we can include shipping to 100+ locations throughout Canada. Other free shipping locations are available too, but you need to check with us first on those so we can get an updated quote.
Yes, we do returns within 30 days. The product needs to be in new condition and unopened. It also must not have frozen. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns and shipping is the responsibility of the client.
